I am trying to get intouch with a person to make some enquiries that are not covered by the wholefully inadequate lets pretend to offer a service FAQ section

I would like to be able to;

speak to

or less favourably

chat with

or worst case scenario

email

a sentient and informed human being

not a pointless phone number that connects me with an even more pointless recorded message.

Help and Contact just takes me round in a loop and i can not get to a popint where thewre is a help topic I can use which is why I tried this seemingly pointless way of finding a means byu which to contact ebay

That I have not yet received a reply with an adequate solution is indication enough for me that this means of making enquiries is woefully inadequate... there is little point in flogging dead horse
unless of course one is a necrophiliac and into bestiality.

I have questions for ebay and simply wish to know how best to get in touch with a person that can/does represent ebay.

Too much of an ask it seems.
Perhaps I should consider joining one of the other well rated online auction sites that does provide support and values customers and provides reasonable service

Have you tried the much simpler way by entering the Subject in HELP & CONTACT.

it is rarely necessary to contact ebay to speak to someone in the Philipinnes.

You could also give the subject here to get a fast answer and point you in the right direction, as ebay is not the fastest or best way to get an accurate answer.
