what to do if the seller doesn't reply to my question

I have a question regarding the item as the description of the expiry date & lot number on the paper in the parcel are not matching to the ones on the item packaging. I wanted to make sure I received the right item but after sending the seller 2 emails since yesterday, no reply. The dispatch was quick so I am sure the seller is very active. What can I do?

If what you received has a less favourable expiry date you can return it for full refund. 

 

Go to "More Actions", far right of item on your My eBay Purchase History page, and click on Return this item > Doesn't match description or photos

 

If seller does not accept it or does not provide a paid-for postage label escalate it to eBay after 8/9 days.  Once the tracking shows delivery back with the seller a full refund will be issued.
