have Ebay seller not wanting to sell items to me, because he made a hefty profit on postage, for which i gave him 3 stars on Feedback, now he not taking bids from me ,Can i name this seller
No you cannot name and shame.
Postage is always listed clearly on listings, if it looks to ' hefty' and when taken in overall price with the listed item price becomes too much then you can always not buy and find another seller.
There is nothing to complain about a postage price, as it is not hidden,
This seller has blocked you as you can appreciate they do not want any more low stars ,or potential bad feedback from you.,
You are in Australia and these are the UK boards and adding the the advice already given -
The sellers charge [P&P] to get the item to you is clearly in the listing and you agreed to it when you purchased.
Profiting on postage? Look at eBay's Global shipping for that, so why would eBay be interested?
If its the last feedback you left for a UK seller -
The seller blocked you because you not only marked down their DSR but left non-positive feedback rating saying “actual postage only GBP 1.63 not as charged GBP3.00” and another seller you mentioned that they charged $1.50 when it only cost them $1.11.
Neither can be called a “hefty profit on postage”
You don't even say what a Hefty Profit is, so it is impossible to judge, BUT by buying you agree to the postage so marking down stars for something you agreed to is OTT. You are expected to know if postage is too much, it is easy enought to work out.
I suppose you are not aware that out of this so called "profit" ebay takes 10% and Paypal 2.9% so unless the seller makes an allowance for this they are making a loss on Postage.
