confused how can you collect an item  if its collect only due to the traveling is restricted ?

The Covid restrictions have been well publicised and so have the fines.

You are allowed minimal travel to purchase essential items or you can travel within your own area to take excersise.

Travelling miles to pick up a non essential eBay purchase is just asking for trouble.

It is your decision whether to buy, no one is forcing you to. If you don't think Collection is practical or out of your immediate area then don't buy.

i don`t even know why your asking the question, we`ve been bombarded by info on what you can and cannot do, so you should be well aware of the rules by now!

It could be listed within walking distance from the seller , by the purchaser ... Or on the way to  grocery shopping .. Nothing wrong with that . Or they may have a friend that lives near the seller .. . I have bought  from sellers local to me ( not on ebay)  well within the restricted travelling
