What is the date of your last purchase...? If older than 60 days, use the dropdown arrow on your Purchase History page to bring up all older purchases. If not older than 60 days and you've opened a case or return request, the transaction will have moved to the very foot of the page - just scroll all the way down to see it. If it's definitely not there, you must have purchased as a guest, ie. you weren't logged into your account at the time, and will have to open a case in PayPal.
If you find it in your Purchase History and haven't yet opened a case or return request, note that Ebay can only help if you're within 30 days of the delivery estimate on the order. If that 30 days has passed, open a case in PayPal. If it hasn't yet passed, read Ebay's 30-day Money Back Guarantee (on every listing and in various other places across the site) to learn what to do. Or use the More Actions dropdown beside the transaction on your Purchase History page, or the Resolution Centre (link at foot of any page), or the Help pages (links at top and foot of any page).
