Sellers can't delete transactions, which is what you appear to be saying has happened. Only Ebay can do that, and they only do it if the item or the seller has breached the rules or the law in some way. That doesn't mean the item won't arrive. But if it doesn't arrive within a reasonable timeframe, and the transaction is nowhere to be found in your Ebay Purchase History, open a case in PayPal or with your card provider.
