step in for refund

Dear ebayi have sent clutch kit back on 20/3/20  the seller has not recived and asked for ebay to step to resolve this problem thanks jeff

That isn't how you do it. This is not ebay we are members like you, we do not deal with cases, we can only give advice.

 

If you haven't opened a case , do so now. Item has to be returned using tracked mail and when shown as delivered or attempted delivery you get a full refund.

 

If not on day 9 you escalate to ebay to resolve. If you can't prove delivery to the seller's address as provided by ebay you are unlikely to get a refund.

If you opened a Return Request, as you should have done, and returned the item using an Ebay-supplied label, and tracking proves delivery or attempted delivery back to the seller, you 'ask Ebay to step in' using the link within the return request, on or after the stated date. You'll then be automatically refunded. The returns system is fully automated, so you don't need to contact Ebay.

 

If tracking doesn't yet prove delivery or attempted delivery, be patient. That's only fair to the seller at this difficult time. Deliveries are taking much longer than usual, and returns are at the very bottom of every carrier's priority list.

 

If you didn't return the item via Ebay, you need to tell us why you returned the item before anyone can properly advise you.
