seller not answering emails about a refund , item not in refund policy

Hi I bought a digital product on ebay and it is not suitable for me the buyer quotes a 14 day refund policy no questions asked.I have asked for a refund but he has not answered any emails. I am a seller myself and never treat customers like this

as a seller yourself you should know the rules about digital items i.e. they aren't covered by the money back guarantee
