Hi 

Please note my order no t05-04816-51205 i never received this item .some how e bay closed the case without my knowledge and seller has not proved me proof of deliver royal mail tracking no dont give any info if it has been delivered or stuck in the post know more than month and it dosnt give delivery address.please can some get back to me this very bad for ebay

If seller provided online proof of delivery, then case closes, if so you need to find where parcel was left.

If you failed to escalate case, it will time out in sellers favour after 30 days, if this happened, open paypal case & escalate after 2 days.

You aren't talking to Ebay. These are the Community boards, used by ebayers to help one another out.

Unless you use the tools that Ebay suppies, and use them properly, Ebay can't help you. The case will have closed for one of the following reasons:

- You opened it too late (you have 30 days from the last delivery date on the order).

- You opened it time, but failed to escalate it on the date shown, and so it auto-closed after 30 days.

- The seller had tracking proving delivery to the address you used at checkout.  If this is the case, and the address you used was correct, you will have to take this up with the carrier. If the carrier has misdelivered and can't retrieve the package, they, the carrier, will have to compensate you. The seller can't be made to refund you under these circumstances, because tracking shows delivery.

You may still be able to open a case in PayPal - you have 180 days from purchase date - but if the seller has tracking proving delivery, the case will close in their favour, and you will have to do as advised above.

You can't re-open the closed case, but you can open one with PayPal.

You have 180 days to open an item not received dispute with them, and must escalate it within 20 days of opening.
