my notifications for ending soon items I am watching have stopped working on my phone

my ebay notifications have stopped working on my phone and I no longer get a sound alert and a notification at the top of the home screen when items I am watching are ending - I think I have selected all the right notification options on the ebay app and in my phone settings (Samsung S9) - does anyone else have this problem or can you suggest any solutions? not sure if it is linked to a recent update of the ebay app.

I have also checked my communication preferences and have selected real time for watched items ending and this still doesn't make any difference.

any ideas or suggestions welcome!

Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

Hi thanks I have tried that and also tried restarting my phone but nothing seems to work - it's really odd but might be an issue with the latest app update - might need to wait until the next update to sort 🙂

Easily solved, Ditch the app, it is useless.
