hi there,i bought an item of e bay,then i get a e mail saying the seller and the item have been taken of e bay,all i want to do is get in touch with e bay and ask what to do next?????
That doesn't mean the item won't arrive - I expect the seller has been caught in Ebay's sweep to rid the site of price-gougers, profiteers, and illegally-trading sellers. But if your purchase hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe (add another week onto the delivery estimate as carriers are suffering delays due to the pandemic), open an Item Not Received case. You may find you can't open one here now that the seller has been removed, but you'll be able to open one in PayPal.
