I purchased a item from Ebay but it was not posted as Ebay email and i asked for a refund but they had removed the seller.How do i get my refund now as Ebay have refused it.So what has happened to byere protection.The seller has taken the money via paypal but it shows that he is under a differant name.I have been with Ebay for years and feel let down by there decition.When i checked me bank account the money went to a name of MIKEREED999 EB not the name he used on ebay not mire-1676.The problem is that Paypal are saying that there has been no purchases.Yet i have it on my bank statement.

Open paypal case for item not received, ignore sending you back to ebay,

escalate after 2 days.

Ebay have removed the item i had purchased from my items i have purchased,Why have they done this as my bank says that i have paid the £4 out
