how do I spend nectar points please

Using a laptop / PC / browser but not IE and not the ebay app,  go top of this page,  and from the My eBay tab drop down list click on the Nectar logo.

It will explain there has to transfer points into vouchers to use on eBay.

When you have created vouchers, they will be on the left side of the paypal page when paying, just tick what you want to use, then you only pay the balance after deduction of the voucher/s.
