hi could someone please help me i bought something of ebay and paid at the same time then i got an email from ebay to say that the order wouldnt go ahead because they think the item was hacked ? so done what ebay said to do if i had paid to get a refund but it sayd the item hasnt be paid for yet but it has come out of my bank and cant get in touch with seller or ebay for a refund

I bet it was garden chairs, lots of bought these.

Open paypal case for not received, escalate 2 - 20 days later.

thank you so much have done that with paypal now been on ebay for years and this is the first time i have had a problem' again thank you for taking the time 🙂
