I received faulty goods due to bad packaging, I sent photos to show the damage. They have promised to replace the damaged items but only after I give them positive feedback. I would have done so anyway because they were going to resolve this for me. I don't agree with this, but to get the items I have to do this. This has happened to me before. Should they be allowed to do this, its blackmail.

Sounds like Chinese seller, they will promise all sorts but rarely follow through.
Open ebay case for not as described & return for full refund,
they will string you along & doubt you will get replacement.
If listing said posted from UK, seller provides returns label.
If said non UK, you pay return postage (seller doesn't have to refund this cost)
Always worth escalating to ebay after 3 working days to see what they do.
