ebay international shipping

It looks like Ebay has just found another way to rip us off with the "Ebay International Priority Shipping" charges which we have no option over.  My Item incurred a shipping charge that more than doubled the cost of my item!   I onlyt made the purchase because the item was not available in my own country.  They say its easier to track the item from seller to buyer, lies, lies bloody lies!!!!!!!  My Item is stuck in Kentucky, seller cant help as its out of his hands now, and the carryers know nothing either!

You can see what the shipping charge is BEFORE you purchase. If it says on the Sellers listing, "posts to USA (or where ever the seller is) and many other Countries then that is the Global Shipping Programme.

By buying you agree to the postage charge quoted.

I would never dream of buying from a seller using the GSP because it is so expensive, it is not the seller's fault though, you had the option to see the costs before buying.

john1297576. Did I say it was the sellers fault? I said the seller can't help as its out of his hands now! I also said that the item could not be purchased in my own country, so my point is that Ebay must be raking in a small fortune though!!!!!!!!!

GSP is expensive, but even if seller posted direct to you, you would still have to pay import fees before carrier would deliver to you.
