complain about seller

Dear eBay,

 

I would like to complain about a seller and refund my order..

According to Royal Mail's mistake Vilcacora Plus Shark cartilage was returned to the seller as proof of this please see below email:

 

New message from the seller: Hello your item was returned back to me today please let me know what you would like me to do and you will need to pay for redelivery regards

 

After checking the tracking number on the Royal Mail website I found info that my parcel was collected by me but in the fact was returned to the sender. Because mistakes can happen I advised the sender by below email:

 

New message from the seller:

Hi Could you please see attached a print screen. The above parcel never ever was delivered to me. Royal Mail sent it back to a sender address, not the customer address. Please make a complaint about the mismatch address and send me again this parcel without any extra cost from my or your side. Thank you

 

The sender hasn't replied for a couple of days and after my email: what is progress with my order? I got below reply:

New message from the seller: good morning please check with Your post office it shows that it is delivered to you through royal mail (have tracking number if needed).

 

How can the seller be so arrogant? Firstly the sent an email about returning my item to him then he lied this parcel was collected by me. Please contact him and clear above situation I am not going to discuss it with him anymore.

We aren't Ebay, just other Members here. Is no good trying to handle Returns yourself. You need to use the EBay Money Back Guarantee. You have 30 days from Delivery to Open an Item Not As Described Case. Seller has to generate a Returns Label through the Case. If he doesn't you can ask Ebay to Step in on day 9. They will check the Tracking and Refund you if the Seller doesn't.

 

If you have a Tracking Number you can open an Item Not As Described Case with PayPal. They have a longer Timeline. Find Resolve a Problem down the left hand side of the Page. Scroll down to the PayPal Resolution Centre. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20. Add the Return Tracking Number to the Case.
