bidding  on a certain item 19359228935   i placed a bid to remove  the make offer option  on item  bid was starting price  £30   found out the seller ended the item   and sold to local marketplace    but this was not stated on the original listing    as  niether ebay or the seller  told me about canceling the bid    always thought once a bid had been placed   you couldnt remove it

Seller can end listing at any time, 

but as it had a bid, ebay still charge them 10% fee of highest bid.
