The Ebay Community is not used by, or visited by, Ebay staff. It is used solely by your fellow-ebayers (hence the word 'community'), information which is clearly shown to you when you arrive here. Not sure how you managed to miss that information once, let alone three times...?
Whatever the reason, if you have a buying question that can't be answered by using the Help pages (links top and foot of any page) or reading the Money Back Guarantee (on every listing, and in various other places across the site, as well as on your order confirmation) please ask it clearly, and a knowledgeable fellow-ebayer will be happy to help.
