ebay, how about you make your forum more useable, less unuseable, and more like "any other forum"

Sellers have nothing to do with the processing of any payments we see no card or payment information at any point.All payments are processed by Ebay, we would suggest that you contact Ebay directly or potentially your card provider

The Ebay Community is not used by, or visited by, Ebay staff. It is used solely by your fellow-ebayers (hence the word 'community'), information which is clearly shown to you when you arrive here. Not sure how you managed to miss that information once, let alone three times...?
