Hi,
I recently bought controllers for a seller which never arrived, I've sent messages to the seller initially asking where they were and later (after no response from numerous messages) requested a refund. It's been 11 days since opening the request and have not recieved a message from the seller, however there is no option to ask ebay to step in. On the resolution center page, when I open details on the request I have the option to close the case myself (no refund or item) or to send another messgae to them.
ebay sent me an email asking if it was solved but that takes me to the request details but gives me no way to resolve it.
At the top of the page there is a message saying "Please be patient - you should hear back from the seller soon".
This is the second half of an order which the first half was previously refunded but I was unaware that my first request was only for one of the controllers so I opened this one after realising.
Any help would be appreciated,

You can't ask Ebay to Step in because the Seller has provided Tracking to Confirm Delivery. Ebay do not know you only received half the Order. You should have opened a Case for Item Not As Described/Parts Missing.
