Why can I not redeem the £10 ebay voucher when paypal account is linked?

Hi there, 

Can anyone answer why I can't redeem vouchers when my paypal ccount is linked.

I keep making purchases hoping to redeem the voucher but the final payment screen never appears when paypal ccount is linked, so there's nowhere to paste the voucher code.

I feel tricked into buying things expecting the discount but I've missed 3 vouchers now.

That's because you have auto-pay selected for Ebay in your PayPal account.  That will obviously stop the PayPal payment screen from appearing, as the whole point of auto-pay is to save you chosing how you want to pay.

So log into your PayPal account and deselect auto-pay, so that the payment screen appears in Ebay checkout.

If you have "pay after delivery" activated you cannot use a voucher,i think it says as much when you go to pay.

Some of the vouchers iv'e seen are only useable if you spend over a certain amount OR buy from certain sellers OR are buying using the mobile app OR all of the above.
