Why are bids still processed (accepted ) after listing ends?

Auction ended officially at 20:00:00 hrs

2 bids then processed at 20:00:06 and 20:00:15 which increased the final bid price and created a new auction end time of 20:00:15

I suggest you loo at the start time of the action, end toime will be exactly the same to the second.

eBay don't accept bids after the auction has ended.  The most likely explanation for the matter that you describe is that the timing is out on your device, and therefore the clock is displaying the wrong time and giving the illusion that the auction has carried on after the end time stated on the site.

Thanks, but the information I gave was based on the bidding history.
The seller, even confirms the auction end time, but 2 bids appear after which has affected the price and altered the auction end time.

that isn't possible, bids cannot be accepted after the end time, look at the start time, it will be 20:00:15 so the end time was correct at 20:00:15
