When you try to offer for a item it won’t go though even when you press submit offer

Hi

recently I have be trying to offer for a item but when I press submit offer it doesn't send the offer.

what should I do

either the item has received a bid so you can no longer make an offer,

or the seller has set his bidder requirements and you don't meet them

or you have reached the number of bids/offers you are allowed to make

Sellers can set to automatically reject low offers as well as the other reasons given.

Once there is a bid all offers are cancelled, you cansee if this isthe case. You do not say what the item is, but for example if a Canteen of Cutlery, buyer must be over 18 and the only way to prove this to Ebay is by having a Credit Card onn your account.
