For the past couple of weeks when I delete items from my watch list they either won`t delete or the come back again later in the day. This happens in Chrome, Firefox and also in Opera. Cleared history, cookies and everything else to no avail. On my Phone they are all gone and they stay gone.
Really annoying.

No problem here. I use Firefox on my laptop with no issues at all.
As you say you've tried all the usual stuff, all I can suggest is that you contact Ebay to see if they can shed any light on it. Help & Contact is at top and foot of any page.
