Threat / insult / pressure from retailer

Hey, bourght some tea. Wasn't very good. Left review. Retailer asked me to take down my negative review and change it to positive. I refused. Now they sent me a message calling ' You're a ********, Karma is powerful,  What come around goes around'   

I feel very anxious about this and need to report it.

don't waste your toime reporting to eBay, instead -

As they are clearly a business seller trading illegally as a private seller you can make reports to trading standards and HMRC.

If you want you can also report them to eBay for the same thing.
