Stored feedback for sellers

Until recently whenever I was leaving feedback for a seller I got the option of choosing from previous feedback comments left (they were listed and I could choose one) - this has now disappeared and I have to type in feedback comments from scratch every time.  How was this cahnged and can I get the option to show previous feedback again?

This is usually a setting on your device,

if you have cleared cacge & cookies, may clear feedback as well.

This may help, although it refers to selling manager, I don't use Selling Manager, but get the Stored feedback which is very useful

Hi: Thanks for your reply. However I can't seem to download Selling Manager without signing up to a Sh#op at £19.99 a month. Do you know where I can download it from please without cost? Cheers
