How do i get rid of this. Both unpaid items did not have shipping charges on them, that is why they went unpaid, seller would not send invoice.
You could have appealed the non payment strikes but you may be out of time now, depends when they arised..
If you see an item with no postage cost showing you should contact seller for cost BEFORE you bid.
Many sellers have blocks in place which stop bidders with 2 or more non payment strikes from bidding or buying as you have found out.
I think they stay valid for 12 months from issue.
As you're in Canada I'm not sure why you ask this question on the UK board?
Is it perhaps because you bid on items which were listed for delivery within the UK only? This is a regular problem. The winner is unable to pay, and if the seller doesn't ship abroad they obviously won't send an invoice. The result is that the seller opens an unpaid item case to get their selling fee returned, and the buyer receives an unpaid item strike.
You can appeal to eBay customer service for your own country. To avoid a repetition, do please check whether sellers will deliver to your address before bidding.
