I received a large Yankee candle today and it is completely smashed. The packaging was not good, just a very used piece of bubble wrap and a grey mailing bag. I've messaged the seller twice with pictures with no response. What should I do next?

You don't need to message the seller. You use the tools that Ebay supplies, and follow the clear instructions. Pick one of the following:
