If the seller approves- can his buyer pay for the item by instalments ?

When you go to checkout there is an option to pay with Paypal installments with items over a certain amount. 

This is nothing to do with the seller, they get the full payment.

I am sorry but this is not an option ebay or paypal offer and I dont think any sellers would agree to this in any way shape or form as they would lose seller protection and you wouldnt have any buyer protection.

So In short - No is the answer
