Sellers feedback has suddenly plummeted

I recently bought some nail polish from a seller with good feedback. It was due by today but didnt arrive. Checked the seller , there is no tracking information and seller suddenly has 25 recent negs. Presumably I will still be covered by ebays money back guarantee as something dodgy seems to have happened.

If you paid by PayPal, you're covered. Open an Item Not Received case within 30 days of the delivery estimate on the order.

I doubt there's anything dodgy going on, not for low value items like nail polish. The far more likely cause is a sudden crisis at the seller's end - unexpected illnesss, accident, or possibly even death. It happens.

Hey, I agree with your comment, however, some nail polishes are very expensive. My wife has some at £30 per bottle.
