I won a bid for a graphics card today and after i paid for it the sellers account got removed.what do i do now?
I paid using my debit card.

You may still get the item, eBay recommend waiting 10 days.
If not, then claim with Paypal, they have managed your payment, even if you paid with a debit card.
Log into your Paypal account and on the left select Resolve a Problem, open a case for item not received. Enter that eBay have removed the seller from their site.
Ignore that it tells you to go back to eBay, just stick with the Paypal case.
Escalate within 20 days for a refund.
