Seller sent incorrect invoice and won't reply - Next steps?

I made a lower offer for an item and it was accepted. The seller then sent an incorrect invoice with the original price (which is about 17 pounds more expensive than the accepted offer). The seller is not answering messages and I don't want to be penalized for not paying. What should I do? Thank you.

Did you buy through the Best Offer Option on the Listing?  Once accepted by the Seller any Invoice should be at the Accepted Amount.
