Business seller (operating using at least two different accounts) is regularly posting racist and abusive / inappropriate feedback to many of his customers. He also has at least one listing with racist remarks. This has been reported to the ebay and there seem to be no action taken by them. He still continues to trade the racist content is still in the listing and feedback left for others. He even had negative feedback wiped off his account today. According to ebay he is "One of eBay's most reputable sellers" and "Consistently delivers outstanding customer service." this is very far from experience i had. Received racist feedback, harassing and threatening emails and he even called me (!!!) to intimidate me to cancel negative feedback I left. How can anyone trust the ebay feedback? How is this possible? How come this seller is still given platform and is endorsed by ebay?
