Seller is asking for my address after posting the item, will I be breaking the rules if I comply ?

He must have had an address to post to. Waste of time asking now, as if he has made a mistake it is too late to rectify now.

Out of Curiosity I would just reply asking why he needs it, but don't supply an address.

Can't think of a reason why he should ask or any scam that could be worked.

I replied and said she should have the address so wouldn't give it again. Then she gave a reasonable explanation that she wanted to check it was sent to correct address, I agreed to wait a few more days. It has arrived this morning 5 days late but a lovely item. Thanks for your help.

As they have posted the item they have no reason to ask - ignore them unless they give an acceptable reason.
