Returns

I've just went to return something and chose royal mail as carrier, but ebay says I'll have to have it posted by the 13th, which is tomorrow. I can't have it posted by then because my post office is only open twice a week and one of the days is neither today or tomorrow, so I had to cancel the return.

I now can't find the item in my purchase history so that I can chose a different carrier. Where does it go? Do I just have to wait until the cancellation has been processed and it will be back?

I'm running out of days in which I'm actually allowed to return the item.

If you read it again, I think you'll find that the post-by date is the 13th of July.

Ah, well that's good to know, but, how do I return it now if it's not in my purchase history anymore?
