Returning An Item For Refund

From my note on this item previously, this is an item that did not work  after one week,I have contacted seller, and our email has been going backward and  forward, without resolving the underline issue. I would want a refund because I am not happy with it.

I will really appreciate if someone can look into this matter for me.

and it to eBay after 3 working days.

technically, you can`t select that reason for a refund, because by your own words, you say it stopped working after a week, which means it did arrive `as described`, if it packed up after a week, then it becomes a warrenty issue and good luck enforcing that one!
