I am not seeing a return label after I click on the PDF it changes into a return slip not a return label what do I do?
Select the option to have the postage label emailed to you. Then download from the link in the email. That should work.

Has it got the Sellers Address on it? Print it off and attach it to the Parcel. Then take it to the Post Office and keep your Proof of Postage. Make sure the Tracking Number is entered into the Case.
