Return item when return label is not usable?

I ordered items, these received damaged as seller only packed these in plastic bag. I opened return and refund request and seller agreed with this. Seller provided to me the return label. I packed the items carefully, because I don't want to get only half refund, if seller will get these items back even more damaged. I weighted my package at home and it is 2,2-2,3kg (I can't know exaclty). I looked at the return label in eBay and notices, it was written, package have to be up to 2kg.

What can I do? How can I return my items? Via PayPal?

After writing this post, eBay called to me to help me out. I requested eBay to call me and they called to me. Basically seller have to send to me the new label what I can use and then I can return the items. And if seller will not provide new label, then eBay will help me out again.

The system can only generate returns labels to cover items weighing up to 2kgs. You will have to contact Ebay so that they can make alternative arrangements for the return - Help & Contact is at top and foot of any page.
