Ordered item with my incorrect delivery address listed. Help!

So I have frustrating issue. I ordered a product but then quickly realized the delivery address listed was my old address from a while ago and not valid. Its also 300 miles away! I instantly contacted the seller correcting the address. Actually contaced them twice. Asking to either cancel the order(if they are not able to change delivery address) or send to my new address. This was midnight last night(I was rushing to use a voucher before midnight!). Today at 4pm I have had no reply and it seems they have dispatched it to the address 300 miles away! I am so annoyed.

I dont know who is at that address. They could keep it, reject it or whatever. But the parcel has tracking so it could be tracked as delivered either way. Then Im screwed as far as proof goes cause the seller could say its delivered. I do have proof I asked them to change it before being sent with my ebay messages sent. I have sent an angry message just now saying how annoyed I am they ignored my messages before sending it today. They have created a mess unnecassarily.

Thing is I did change my delivery address on my desktop account. but then realized I had to use the voucher on an android app. I had literally 2 minutes to switch over to it so didnt realize the delivery address was not changed on my android app. Until 2 seconds after Id place the order! It was all rushed. But I contacted the seller instantly to try fix it.

so whats the best thing to do at this point? Obviosuly I need to hear from the seller hopefully at some point. But if it gets delivered to that address 300 miles away I dont know what my options are. It may just get accepted and they dont even need signatures now.

Yes what happens to your Purchase is just anyone 's guess unfortunately. Sellers are instructed by EBay to only Post to the Delivery Address sent to them by PayPal.

It could be that the Seller hasn't even seen your Messsge. A lot of large Business Sellers have Shipping Departments. Or they may have gone away for the weekend ??  You can't really blame them.
