Purchased an item on ebay that is a medical standard. It did not work. Seller told me to raise a request through ebay and they would either issue a refund or send a new pack.
I explained to the buyer I tried 7/10 item and none of the worked and I was very dissappointed. They are not the kind of item due to hygiene reasons that I can return. They are biohazard waste.
I raised the request, the only option I had was select return and the seller has ignored me since. I have tried several ways of contacting enay to no avail. Can someone please help. The only other option is the post the pack back with the 3 unused items. It would be extremely unethecial to post the used items. Can someone please help?
