Price gouging its against the law but its full on in eBay everyone should report them and fine ebay

Price gouging is illegal but its full on in eBay, why haven't eBay stopped this activity.

And if they keep letting this go on then they should be shut down.

I don't have the exact figures regarding the number of items removed by eBay.

I'm sure you will be able to find them on eBay.

But the big thing is not what eBay should do but what buyers should do.

If buyers used a bit of savvy the price gouges by now would be sat with loads of gear they just cannot sell.

Last figure I saw and that was some weeks ago was 15 Million items removed. Just think how many hours of work that must have taken.

Very easy to blame ebay for everything, but as said if more people used a little common sense then all these sellers would be reduced to giving their stocks away, that is of course if the items existed in the first place.

How many have reported, if any?

Interesting and a very definite post, so -

“Price gouging its against the law” “Price gouging is illegal”

Please cite the actual law.

“why haven't eBay stopped this activity.” “And if they keep letting this go on then they should be shut down.”

Where is your proof that eBay are allowing it and proof that they are not trying to stop it?

Ebay are working their socks off, and with massively decreased staffing levels, to remove profiteers, price-gougers, and illegally-trading sellers from the site as fast as they can. But you need to do your bit to help: Use the Report button - there's one on every listing. When you do, you'll see that Ebay have added 'Price gouging' to the list.
