Pending Paypal Payment

Hi, some advice needed Please...I have purchased an item and the Paypal payment is pending..it says the seller needs to accept the payment...he says he doesn't know how to. After googling what the problem may be I have discovered that he has typed his email wrong into ebay, it has an extra 'co.' so Paypal do not recognise it as the same email address they have for him. I have explained this to him but he just tells me to cancel as he can't post the item without payment...I think I may have to give in and cancel as he just doesn't understand what I'm trying to explain...I've also explained to him that if he doesn't fix the issue he will never be able to receive Paypal payments for any future sales..would you guys just walk away?..I really wanted the item but feel it may not be worth the hassle!😂

You can go to your Paypal Account and if the Cancel Option is there cancel to get your money back.

Only the seller can cancel the sale and from what you say the chances that he can even work that out are remote. If he doesn't do something he will still be charged the Selling Fee by ebay. That fee is due the moment an item sells.

As you say if he does nothing then he will never receive any payments.
