Payment pending as seller 'hasn't accepted it yet'?

My payment to an EU based selller is still showing as pending, as below:

On PayPal:

- £7.06
PENDING21 Jan
Payment

and

(NAME REMOVED)  hasn't accepted it yet

Very new seller but I'm just as confused as they are as to what is going on?

Hi

As they are a new seller they may well have to log into their account and claim the payment. 

There is also a chance they may not have set their account up properly 😞

I would message them and ask them to claim the payment and check their account is set up properly and maybe try and help them with any difficulties in doing so.

IF they do not respond within say 3 or 4 days then i would be tempted to sign into my own Paypal account and see if i could cancel the payment.
