I just had a package arrive from China. It's the wrong product.
The seller isn't replying, and when I go through the process to report it, ebay says I can no longer do anything about it. And of course I cannot give them a bad review because I'm cut off there as well.
What can be done about it, except make a note to never buy from that seller again? Is there a place we can report it so others don't make the same mistake?
if you paid via paypal, find the transaction and open a not as described case there. You`ll need to pay return postage, but can claim it back after it`s returned.
whatever you do, don`t close the case based on promises by the seller, because they will try!
If you cannot open a case, that means that you have waited over 30 days from the item's last estimated date for delivery. In which instant, a case for item not received should have been opened weeks ago. Then, if you received it, and it was not as described, you could open a case for that too.
You have 60 days in which to leave feedback.
