I purchased a large subwoofer that was described (and pictured) as being black. What arrived was actually walnut colour. The seller acknowledged they sent the wrong item and that I should return it.
I asked the seller to post me a shipping label as I do not have a printer, but they will/ can not.
Why am I being made to go out of my way to return this item when I was sent the wrong thing? (I will need to buy a printer, then drive to post office to send it?)
Surely as it is the mistake of the sender, they should be arranging a courier to come and collect it with their own shipping label?
Please advise
