No Purchase History

Has anyone had any problems with viewing there purchase history? For about 24 hours now I haven't been able to? I've tried 3 different browers on my laptop & still nothing? I just get a message saying  'Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later.' Its atleast a 30 minute wait to get a call back from ebay & I can only see the purchase details on my iphone app which is limited of course. Is anyone else having this issue???

If you really need any information you can always look in Paypal, otherwise you have no alternative but to wait.

There is no point innspeaking to Ebay, they know there is a problem and no doubt there tech. people will sort it out, but one thing is certain CS staff can do nothing.

Thanks John. Its ok its more annoying rather than anything else & I can view it via the iphone its just way easier on the desktop site. I'll just as you & Tressy said wait for it to get resolved. 😉

Yes,  you are not the only one,  many have reported problems with this,

Now,  no one comes back with any response how ,  or if this has recovered back to norm,  burt as usual ,  with all these site glitches,  it is a case of try again later.

I am using a laptop ,  and Chrome,   and no problems there,  so a change of device and /  or browser,   may help too.

Thanks. I have recently started using a different laptop but I'm sure I had the same problem on my other 1 this morning. Pretty rubbish that no one has looked in to this if its been raised by many considering this is a pretty important part of the site! I've tried chrome, opera & edge but no joy unfortunately!
