Need help asap, i got a package delievered but the contents (inside the boxes) is not there! Help

Hello someone please help me i am literally freaking out. 

So i urgently needed to puchase a setup for work and uni so i bought from a good well known company that sells on there. And i was expecting it to come late because they told me which i was not happy about. I think because i called and (service is really bad was on hold for multiple times for around 1-2hrs each for it to just be cut off) finally reached them after a lot of effort (20-23hrs on hold in total) and they stated it would come next week as is what is said on tracking.

 

I was really happy that it came much earlier then i thought and was initially projected (today). So when i got it the package which was in a plastic envelope thing i picked up after the delievery guy took photo because of covid. And when i walked inside ready to open it, the top was sealed and other side had a very good straight tear which was re-sealed so you could not notice it. This is when my mind went blank, and was just telling my self maybe the seller just used it to pack in this way or the delievery company did fix it if there was a small issue, and inside the items were all lose (inside it's own packaging from the main company) except the main component which was in a bigger box. 

 

I opened it and all the boxes were present and accounted for, the only thing is the actual item was not inside of the boxes so i ordered 6 things and all 6 boxes were inside but there was nothing inside.

 

I know from experience that contacting the company on call is just insane because it's literally impossible to contact, the ebay team used to respond after a few days but just now when i sent them a message it stated they wont be back till end of next month. I wanted to call ebay but their number is going to an automated machine which just tells us to go to the website. And in the website whenever i try to select the call back option it just shows recomended articles. 

 

Can someone please please help me, i don't know what to do, i don't know where to go....

You don't need to contact Ebay - all the tools you need when things go wrong are right here on the site:

You also have the More Options dropdown beside every item on your Purchase History page, the Resolution Centre (link at foot of any page), and the Help pages with their integral search (links at top and foot of any page).

You need to open a case for item not as described,  NOT  one for item not received.

 

Was this one order,   or 6 separate order?  Open a case for each order.

 

Do this from the Resolution Centre link at foot of most pages.  If the seller wants the items ( empty boxes!) back first,  they have to pay for that fully tracked return postage.

 

Escalate on days 9 - 21 if not refunded beforehand.  

 

Do not close the case early on any excuse or promise from the seller for a quicker resolution,  once closed it cannot be reopened.  So let it run the full 8 days,  and if not resolved in that time do not forget to escalate.  Once again open the right case,  that is one for item not as described.
