Huhhhh??? What did i do lol? Just contacted sellers about their listing thats it and this happened as soon as i made the purchase... Is this a bad joke or so?

You have broken the rules again by opening a new account to ask this question. EBay just told you that you're not allowed to open a new account while suspended. This isn't going to improve your chances of getting it reinstated.

I'm afraid that none of us here can help you with this. Account security issues are between you and eBay.

I think i have titled it wrong. I am not really looking for reinstatement, am talking about fraudulent behaviour. I was charged, received message about order and then received another mail with this.
Oh btw this account is used by my brother, so am withing stated policy by ebay as has been the other account in question as well. Just reporting an issue which might help others. On that account it won't let me post on community, or even challenge their decision. It's almost like we have your money now bugger off.

The email says you can't use another account, you are using another account, your brother's. We don't know why you have been suspended.

You say you contacted multiple sellers about their listings. Why did you do this...? Listings (usually) provide all the information any buyer could possibly need. If it was to exchange contact details, then that is a very serious breach of the rules. You cannot exchange contact details with sellers prior to purchase.  If this is what you did, Ebay's bots will have been alerted, and suspensions automatically triggered where necessary. Could this be the answer...?
