Leaving a review as a buyer on a closed INR case

Hey everyone,

Im both a buyer & seller on Ebay &  im big on leaving reviews for either trasaction when positive.

My question is, I recently had to open a INR case (Frist time I have had to do this a buyer) as the item had not arrive 7 days after ecpected delivery with no tracking available.

Turns out the Postman had put the item through my neighbours letter box & my neighbour hadnt been able to get to me due to slpping on ice outside his house and has been stuck in bed.

I have closed the cased and put notes for Ebay to advise that this was not a fault of the sellers, it was a delivery mistake by the postment, as I dont want the seller to have anything negative added to their performance down to this error out with his control, is this the correct thing to do?

I would also like to leave him a postive review, but the option to review is no longer avaibale. Can I still review this seller or is it standard that review option is revoked when INR has been raised.

it was purchased 30 December

Its fine, for some reason I can find this purchase on the APP but not desk top, so ill leave a review this way.

When a case is opened, the transaction moves to the very foot of the Purchase History page. It is never removed. Scroll all the way down, and you should see it. I use desk top, and have no problem viewing such transactions, or accessing the feedback link.
