It has been more than 8 calendar days and I have no option today 02/07 to ask ebay to step in.
yet ebay emailed me on 24/06 00:39 o say could ask ebay to step in from 01/07.
We are 02/07 08:45, it is more than 8 calendar days...
ebay sent me email on 24/06 00:39 to say - seller accepted return
- another email same day, same time, a few secs later to tell me that seller said cannot provide return label but I should contact seller (which I did) to ask for prepaid returned label (was refused by seller) and that if i was not successful I could ask ebay to step in except there is no option to do so.
could it be because ebay extended return timeframe.
ebay is not joinable they expect le to join them by clicking option, but step in option not available.
what can I do please.
